Tunisian international Ali Maaloul, the defender of the Egyptian Al-Ahly team, closed his account on the "Instagram" website, after the severe attack he suffered from Al-Ahly fans after his team's defeat against Pyramids.

Al-Ahly suffered an impressive defeat against Pyramids (0-2) in the match that brought them together, last Saturday evening, at the Air Defense Stadium, in the 25th round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Ali Maaloul, 32, caused his team to receive the second goal after a fatal mistake, according to observers, which led to an attack by Al-Ahly fans through his official account, “Instagram”, which prompted him to close his page, and it has been closed since that time.

Al-Ahly occupies third place in the league standings with 48 points, 5 points behind second-placed Pyramids, and 9 points behind Zamalek, the league leader and title holder.
