Sara Hector has really dominated this giant slalom season.

Six podium places in the World Cup and one Olympic gold have been so far.

On Friday, she had the chance to secure the overall victory in the giant slalom cup, but a fall in the second run ruined that day, and as if that was not bad enough, Hector injured his knee in connection with the crash.

It was later found that she had put on a lighter stretch of the inner side ligament.

"I am positive"

Since then, they have worked to try to get her in competition condition again.

On Thursday, she tested her knee and was able to leave a positive message.

- It will probably go very well, I will do my absolute best so we will see on Sunday what happens but it feels like it worked beyond expectations today and I am positive, so much more than that I can not say, says Hector who has the chance to take home the giant slalom cup as the first Swedish since Anja Pärson won the 2003-2004 season.

- It is of course a huge dream I have had since I was a child so it would mean a lot.

I can not be more motivated, says Hector who is really happy with what she has achieved so far.

- It has been a real dream season, absolutely incredible, I am really so proud, she says.
