To be able to play in SSL, on the ladies or gentlemen's side, an elite license from the Swedish floor association is required.

To get an elite license in floorball, every SSL team must show positive equity and an SSL team that has had problems and is threatened by relocation are the reigning champions Storvreta IBK.

Yesterday, the Swedish floor association would have sent out information about the elite license but due to the concerns about the corona virus, no decision was made.

- Earlier we have said that if the team does not pass the elite license then they will leave the senior league. But now it is impossible to say such a thing. So we will work on that in the future, says Göran Harnesk and continues:

- It's been a process for four years and we thought it was in port. That some would receive a warning or that some could not continue either. But as the circumstances are now, everything has been set to its fullest.

The reason for the decision, according to Harnesk, is that the economy of both the clubs and the interior design itself will change completely in the coming time.

- It will have major consequences for us. We will be very pleased to report to the National Sports Federation (RF) on how we and the clubs will be affected by this, says the secretary general of SVT Sport.

The Swedish floor association has not yet decided whether there will be any SM playoffs for SSL.
