The Investigative Committee of Russia is investigating the shelling of the Kursk region, the DPR and the LPR

“According to the representative office of the LPR in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination, two civilians were killed as a result of artillery shelling by Ukrainian nationalists of the village of Kremennaya,” the statement says.

Also, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at the village of Popovo-Lezhachi, Glushkovsky district, Kursk region.

Three private households were damaged.

The village is partially de-energized.

Investigators will establish the circumstances of the incident.

Earlier, the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, said that the village of Popovo-Lezhachi was partially de-energized.
