The carabinieri arrested the father of the two-year-old girl who fell from the balcony on the third floor of a building in Fisciano, in the province of Salerno.

At the moment the exact dynamics of the event have not yet been established.
It is likely that the impact on the ground of the two-year-old girl was cushioned by an iron net located in the area below the building where she fell in the morning at around 10 am.
The little girl fell, for reasons yet to be ascertained, from a balcony on the third floor.
In the impact she suffered a shoulder fracture and several bruises on her face but, fortunately, she is not in danger of life even if she is still hospitalized at the Santobono pediatric hospital in Naples.
When the volunteers of "La Solidarity" of Fisciano arrived at the place of the incident, a few meters from the Town Hall, the little girl was crying and was clearly frightened.
Urgently transported to the "Ruggi" of Salerno, she was taken over by the doctors of the pediatric ward.
Subsequently, the transfer to the hospital of the regional capital was ordered.
Rescuers found her on the asphalt in the area below the balcony from which she fell.
For the exact reconstruction of what happened, the outcome of the surveys carried out by the forensic staff, coordinated by the deputy prosecutor of the Court of Nocera Inferiore, Roberto Lenza, is awaited.
The investigations were entrusted to the carabinieri of the company of Mercato San Severino.
