219 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Violation of fire safety requirements") ", - the message says.
The department emphasized that two people died - a woman and her young child born in 2017.
Earlier, in the capital's headquarters of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, it was reported that a fire broke out in an apartment in the south-west of Moscow.
