As reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia, a criminal case was opened under the article on causing death by negligence of two or more persons. Investigators have inspected the scene of the incident, witnesses are being questioned, and the necessary examinations have been ordered.
“Other investigative and procedural [measures] are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident,” the department’s press service added.
Earlier it became known about a fire in Karachay-Cherkessia, where eight people were rescued from a burning apartment.
