Official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk wrote about this in her Telegram channel.
According to her, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Moscow Region quickly found the driver of an SUV who was riding a group of people in tubing tied to the car in the Mytishchi district.
“A 26-year-old man was brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with the law,” Volk said.
On January 13, the Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case into the death of a teenager as a result of tubing.
