According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, non-compliance with safety procedures is to blame.

“The reason was non-observance of safety measures,” said the official.

Earlier it became known that an explosion occurred in a cafe in the Saratov region, which led to a fire in the building. In the UK have already begun checking for the incident.

Coordinator of the Center for Monitoring the Improvement of the Urban Environment, a member of the Central Headquarters of the All-Russian Popular Front, Svetlana Kalinina, in an interview with NSN, spoke about measures to prevent domestic gas explosions.
