The agency’s interlocutor added that the targeted strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces “in the heat of Saturday afternoon” on a bakery and cafe indicates that it initially intended to kill and injure civilians.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations announced the completion of the search and rescue operation, which was carried out at the site of the bakery collapse in Lisichansk.
