At 14:45 on August 17, Chengdu Jintang County encountered the second largest flood peak in history. The flood peak water level was 446.55 meters at the Sanhuangmiao Hydrological Station on the main stream of the Tuojiang River, and the peak flow rate was 8100 cubic meters per second. The guaranteed water level is 3.71 meters. It is understood that the peak of the transit Jintang is the second largest in history, second only to the peak on July 11, 1981, when the peak flow was 8110 cubic meters per second.
