C8 proposes Wednesday night a new issue of "High Voltage Survey", presented by Carole Rousseau. The show's team investigated the Porte de la Chapelle, north of Paris.

Drugs, violence, brawls ... C8 decided to investigate the dark side of Paris with a new issue of High Voltage Survey , the magazine presented by Carole Rousseau, broadcast at 9:15 pm.

"I have never hidden my identity"

The program went to the Porte de la Chapelle, which has become a hub of crack traffic where, according to the magazine, more than 400 drug addicts were found daily. A situation that has necessarily complicated the task of the director, Tania Shelest. At the microphone of Europe 1, she explains how she managed to work in these difficult conditions. "You have to have the confidence of crack consumers, I have never hidden my identity, the fact that I was a journalist, I explained my project and what I wanted to do," says Tania Shelest.

This place, called "crack hill", was evacuated late last week by the police. But Tania Shelest told us that consumers are still wandering the streets of the neighborhood. According to her, we could very soon see reforming these unhealthy camps around the Paris ring road.
