“Memon Gardens” .. a project that adopts the finest clean air technologies
Fakhruddin Real Estate Company, the master developer of the Maimon Gardens project in Dubai, is preparing to announce soon the launch of the project, which adopts the finest clean air technologies using technology supported by the US space agency “NASA”.
The company focuses on providing indoor air quality of the highest standards possible in every apartment, as well as smart homes, expected to achieve energy savings of up to 30%.
The project is located in Jumeirah Village Circle, and consists of two towers containing residential units including a studio and apartments consisting of one, two and three bedrooms, with a hall and a kitchen.
The two towers also include administrative offices and retail spaces.
Waste management technology is one of the main features of the project, as it will help separate dry and wet waste, thus reducing the total carbon emissions by about 1,250 tons.
