China News Service, August 1. According to the news from the public account of "Hangzhou Provident Fund Release" on August 1, the Hangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Committee issued a notice to increase support for three-child families to solve basic housing problems.
It is pointed out that if a family with three children in Hangzhou buys the first ordinary self-occupied house and applies for a housing provident fund loan for the first time, the loan amount can be determined by 20% of the current maximum loan limit of the family.
For families with three children in Hangzhou who have no rental housing to withdraw from housing provident fund, the withdrawal limit shall be determined by 50% of the prescribed amount.
The notice will be implemented from the date of issuance.
