After the purchasing power bill, the National Assembly will consider the amending finance bill.

MEPs could encourage the generalization of the takeover of RTTs by companies.

Employees would then give up time off to get some extra money at the end of the month.

Exchange RTT for remuneration?

Give up time off to get a little more on the payroll?

Some companies have already taken the plunge.

But does it work?

Europe 1 went to the Roole automobile club, which has been experimenting with this device for ten years.

Of the 200 employees of this company, more than half adhere to this possibility of earning more money.

A financial boon, according to Kevin, one of the employees.

"I made the choice to get paid half of my RTT. I had a personal project, so I thought it was an opportunity to have some money aside “, he rejoices.

If this amendment is voted on, it will only come into force for two years and this would only concern RTTs acquired from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.
