Generalization of the RSA reform imposing 15 hours of weekly activity on beneficiaries
Removal of the specific solidarity allowance (ASS) intended for unemployed people at the end of their rights and allowing quarters to be validated for retirement
Simplification of standards for VSEs and SMEs
Presentation of a new “green industry” bill, particularly with the aim of simplifying standards
On accommodation:
Simplify standards: review energy performance diagnostics, simplify access to MaPrimeRenov, facilitate densification, lift constraints on zoning, speed up procedures
Designation of 20 territories “committed to housing”, with the objective of creating 30,000 new homes within three years
Requisition of empty buildings, notably offices

Creation of an access to care service in each department and, failing that, possibility of establishing the on-call obligation for private doctors
Make patients pay for missed medical appointments
Regularization of foreign doctors and sending of an emissary to seek doctors abroad
Increase of 200 euros net per month for school nurses and bonus of 800 euros in May 2024
On education:
Regulation of screen use
Teacher training reform
Support for children with disabilities during the lunch break by an AESH (dedicated staff) funded by the State
Experimenting with the unique outfit
Creation of an educational work sentence for minors under 16 years of age
For parents of delinquent children, creation of an additional penalty of community service for the offense of evading their legal obligations
Proposal to parents of difficult children to place them in boarding school
Generalization of the Universal National Service on January 1, 2026
