Dubai Airports launches a call center to improve customer services and provide round-the-clock support

Dubai Airports Corporation has announced the launch of a call center that allows all travelers through DXB to communicate with highly experienced customer service representatives to answer all inquiries at any time and from anywhere.

The new call center relies on the latest technologies globally, which provides support services to travelers through live chat technologies via the Internet, phone, e-mail, and social media through the Dubai International Airport account @DXB and the Dubai Airports account @DubaiAirports, and the communication feature will soon be available from Through the WhatsApp Business application, which expands the scope of support for travelers and facilitates their communication with customer service representatives.

Dubai Airports has tested the efficiency and effectiveness of the integrated service during a trial period earlier this year, to ensure the highest standards of comfort and ease and to provide excellent service to passengers.
