Enterprise development is not a "game of death"

  Third eye

In the warnings of accidents, wearing "seat belts" for employees has become a must-answer question for companies.

Recently, Wang Chuan No. 1 company organized its employees to conduct outreach training in a scenic spot in Naxi District, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. Some people fell into the water and drowned.

The Naxi police subsequently confirmed that the accident caused 3 deaths and 1 injury, and the responsible person has been controlled.

An expansion of the quality of the enterprise organization resulted in 3 deaths and 1 injury.

Faced with such a tragedy, apart from grief, I cannot help but ask: Why does quality development become a "game of life"?

In recent years, in order to cultivate the so-called corporate culture, some companies are keen to organize employees to participate in difficult quality development projects under the guise of "improving the quality of employees."

Water sports, high-altitude rock climbing and other highly difficult and dangerous projects have become common choices.

However, similar projects often require professional protection, and also test physical strength, endurance and courage. Companies should not neglect the safety of their employees in order to train the so-called "enhancement of teamwork ability" and cause various accidents.

At the moment, some outreach training projects are diverse: water, air and other projects with a certain risk factor are favored by some companies because they can "inspire employees' morale" and "exercise their courage."

In daily development, some companies also require employees to do 100 push-ups before going to work, or kneel and crawl 100 meters, all of which are development projects that seriously hurt employees' body and mind.

Take the company's expansion of the employee drowning and drowning as an example. In the face of similarly difficult and high-risk projects, are most ordinary employees willing to participate?

Do they have the relevant capabilities?

After all, not all people are familiar with water, and not all people are interested in similar challenging projects.

However, in reality, employees have to participate in the similar "quality development" with soft and mandatory qualities, which is often in a dilemma.

The organizer of business development activities should be clear that in the process of organizing employees to conduct development training, it may not be necessary to choose similar high-risk training programs.

Expansion training cannot be a "game of life", this should become a consensus.

In the warnings of accidents, wearing "seat belts" for employees has become a must-answer question for companies.

Enterprises must respect the lives of employees.

There must be safety measures to ensure the field expansion training. Various accidents that may occur in the expansion training should also be prevented in time and necessary preventive measures should be taken.

If employees pay their lives for this because of similar activities, there is no doubt that the responsible persons involved will be held accountable by law.

Of course, it is also necessary to ask whether the amusement facilities are reliable when the incident scenic spot is open to the outside world?

Are safety measures in place?

Has the emergency plan been effectively activated?

In the follow-up investigation, these questions also need an unmistakable answer.

If there are management loopholes in the scenic area involved, the relevant personnel should also be held accountable.

For enterprise expansion, safety is the bottom line.

No company can put its employees at risk in the name of improving the quality of its employees.

Whether to respect the right to life of employees is also examining the social responsibility and legal awareness of an enterprise. You must not use the lives of employees as a trifling matter.

Now that winter has arrived, the changes in the weather have brought more inconvenience to outdoor activities.

In view of this, it is hoped that when companies conduct outreaching training in winter, they will show more humane care for their employees and be more foresighted about dangers to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
