According to this, Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings is proceeding with discussions to open a new small store on a part of the 2nd and 5th floors of the building where the Sogo Tokushima store withdrew at the end of August. ..
The composition of the store is undecided, but it is aiming to open in September next year, and the staff at the Isetan Shinjuku store and Nihombashi Mitsukoshi main store are also considering selling products by serving customers online.
With the withdrawal of the Sogo Tokushima store, Tokushima Prefecture has become a prefecture without department stores next to Yamagata Prefecture.
