It was also decided to allow the reopening of the changing rooms with the necessity of shoppers wearing the masks and experimenting with 5 items only by each shopper as a maximum in the store, while allowing the use of the measurement room for a maximum of 10 minutes for each shopper and continue to sterilize the changing rooms, and prevent the return of goods that were made Measured and tested by the shopper to the shelves or replaced by other shoppers, as the retailer must set them aside for 24 hours.
The circular stated that in addition to maintaining all the previously announced protocols related to economic activities in the first stage, it was added after the modifications related to the categories that are not allowed to enter the mall and include children under 12 years of age and children of any age group who suffer from health conditions, and the elderly Over 60 years old, people with high health risks and those with certain health conditions apply to all age groups.
The modifications include that elevators only be used by people with special needs (for example: people with determination, a stroller) with 30% capacity, in addition to maintaining a 30% capacity ceiling in common areas and the total leasable areas, maintaining 30% of employees, closing 75% of the mall positions.
Also, food and beverage outlets and food yards must maintain a 30% capacity and maintain the applicable social spacing rules such as seating arrangements and keep setting tables at a distance of two meters for all visitors or making breaks / screens between tables taking into account the encouragement of external requests.
