Air Arabia, the first and largest economical airline in the MENA region, has announced a new policy that gives its customers greater flexibility in changing travel times while exempting them from the fees in light of the current restrictions on travel.

The new exemption policy allows travelers to adjust their travel reservations without having to pay change fines or ticket re-booking fees, which confirms Air Arabia’s commitment to providing sufficient flexibility to customers and giving priority to their comfort above all.

Air Arabia customers can amend their existing and new reservations issued until March 31, 2020, as the airline gives them the opportunity to change travel dates to any other date until December 31, 2020 with the possibility to make adjustments up to 72 hours before departure time. This applies to all flights operated by Air Arabia from its four main operations centers in the United Arab Emirates, Morocco and Egypt.

Customers are only required to pay the difference if they are due at the time of re-booking their flights. Contact centers and Air Arabia sales offices will assist clients in their reservations and inquiries.
