Etihad Airways and Air Arabia announced a new policy that gives customers more flexibility in changing travel times while exempting them from the fees involved.

In detail, Etihad Airways has introduced a new policy that provides more flexibility to its customers when booking their upcoming flights.

And travelers have the possibility to change the flight date or change the destination for one time without paying the usual change fees, on the flights booked from the date of March 8 to April 7 next.

This offer is valid until March 22nd, and will include all bookings, such as redeeming Etihad Guest Miles and Etihad Holiday Holidays. The new flexible policy will also provide the possibility to change the destination, taking into account the application of price difference in the event of a reservation or change of destination.
