A drunken middle school student climbed on top of a patrol car parked in front of the police box and made a riot.

This student has committed several incidents in recent months and only 18 cases have been reported to the police, but the police are also in a difficult situation because she is a young boy under the age of 14.

Reporter Ha Jeong-yeon reported.

Yesterday (11th) around 4 am, a man with a long stick in his hand entered the police box.

He kicks the police box door and enters.

He comes out again and he jumps over the parked patrol car and shouts to summon the police.

[Come out!]

When I ask him to get out of the car, he curses and swings a stick.

[Come down.

(Well, XX.)]

This man, who was intoxicated and rioting at the police box, was a 13-year-old middle school student.

Army A confronted the police for about 10 minutes in front of the patrol car, and then fled on a bicycle parked behind them.

That night, the police protected Army A, who was lying on the road while drunk, at the police box and handed it over to his family.

However, a few hours later, Army A came out of the house and came to the police box to make a riot.

The police believe that the video of the riot was filmed by a friend of group A and posted on social media.

Group A has committed 18 crimes such as house trespassing and theft since last March, and the police have been identifying and managing personal information.

Group A will turn 14 after his birthday in a month.

From this point on, if he commits a crime, he will be subject to criminal punishment, but he is now a probationary juvenile with a protective order under the juvenile law.

The Ministry of Justice announced last month that it would push for a lowering of the age of juveniles under the law, but no concrete plan has been released yet.

It is known that the police have been struggling to deal with the recent increase in the number of criminal acts by group A.

This time, he said that he plans to apply the charge of obstructing the execution of official duties and send it to the juvenile department of the court as he was rioting even at the police box.
