government made it mandatory to wear masks on public transportation from the end of last May.

Nevertheless, riots and assaults by some passengers continue.

In June, a man in his 50s who assaulted a bus driver and other passengers demanding to wear masks was first arrested.

After the mandatory use of masks in public transportation, there have been 320 cases of arrests due to violence and intimidation.
