Fifteen passengers of a municipal bus in
Valdemoro (Madrid)
have been injured, two of them seriously, after the vehicle collided head-on with a wall, Emergencies 112 of the
Community of Madrid
reported .
The accident occurred around 7:20 a.m. this Wednesday when the bus driver, for reasons that are currently unknown, crashed into a wall located on the corner between
Luis Planelles streets and Seseña street
.
A 62-year-old woman has been transferred with a serious prognosis to the

due to abdominal trauma, while the driver of the vehicle, 58, has been admitted with a potentially serious prognosis to the same center.

paramedics , the driver had to be freed by the firefighters, as she had been trapped inside the bus. The impact caused chest and abdominal trauma.
Thirteen other passengers, all of them slightly injured, have suffered multiple contusions and have been transferred to various hospital centers in the south of Madrid.

Traffic Group of the Civil Guard
has opened an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the accident and determine if the driver has lost control of the bus and how.
