Johan Häggström started first of all riders in Ulricehamn's sprint qualifiers.

Punished with extra time
SVT Sports expert Mathias Fredriksson was very surprised after Häggström missed.
"I've never been there before," he said.
After a while, it became clear that he was penalized with a 15-second extra time, and he missed the quarterfinals.
But he had done it anyway, as he went very slowly.
