Paris Saint Germain with Thomas Tuchel at the helm reached the club's first Champions League final and managed to salvage a domestic triple during the 2019/2020 season.

Despite a 4-0 victory against Strasbourg last time, the German is forced to leave the club after a weaker start to this year's season.

After three seasons at Borussia Dortmund, Tuchel took over the French club in May 2018 and has led PSG to two league titles.

After the successful last year's season, the club has lost four games over seventeen rounds this season.

Tuchel has previously expressed frustration over the assignment in the capital club.

"I feel more like a politician than a coach," Tuchel told German Sport 1 shortly before his dismissal.

PSG have not yet announced a replacement.
