Series-leading Rögle has been the security itself at home in Catena Arena this season.

No team had defeated the Scanians before Färjestad came to visit on Tuesday night.

But now the suite is broken.

Färjestad looked to be heading for victory already in regular time.

After half of the match, the Värmlands led 3-1 after Jacob Petersson shot the away team's third goal behind Rögle goalkeeper Johan Gustafsson.

Rögle came back

But Rögle did not give up his suite so easily.

Dennis Everberg reduced just before the end of the second period, and four minutes into the third equalizer, Leon Bristedt shot the equalizer.

But 3-3 stood out the third period.

The extra time was also goalless and penalties were required to separate the two teams.

Lindqvist decided

Here it was just a goal.

Made by Färjestad's Michael Lindqvist in the tenth penalty.

Färjestad's goalkeeper Henrik Haukeland saved all penalties, but still took the two-pointer calmly.

- It will at least be a more pleasant bus trip home, he says to C More.
