Anna Nordqvist went around two under par at the second round at the Aronimink golf course in Newtown Square, outside Philadelphia in the eastern United States.

In total, there were 68 strokes after five birdies and two bogeys, which means that the Swede is shared second with three other players before the final round.

- It feels like the game has been tough, especially considering the wind the last few days, Nordqvist says to the LPGA tour.

Considering the conditions, Nordqvist is happy with his putting, where several players testified that they were happy to get the ball on the green and then the ball in the hole with two putts.

- You have to be patient, but that's what I love about majors.

You do not necessarily have to be 15-20 strokes under par to win, she says.

South Korean tops

A bit worse is Linnea Ström, who did not really manage to repeat her fine first round, when she placed in a shared third place.

But with two birdies and two bogeys in the second round, she still played stably, and is split six, along with four other players.

Pernilla Lindberg on the other hand, had a terrible day.

On the course's first 13 holes, there were six bogeys and a double bogey.

The result was slightly polished with birdies on the 14th and 16th holes, but it still seems to be finished for her, with a total of five strokes over par.

The same applies to Madelene Sagström (total over 3 pairs), Caroline Hedwall (+7) and Julia Engström (+11).

At the top is South Korean Kim Young-Kim, one stroke ahead of the crowd with Nordqvist.
