  Chen Hongmin, deputy mayor of Zhengzhou City, said that Zhengzhou, one of China's eight ancient capitals, now covers a population of 400 million within a two-hour high-speed rail ride and 90% of China's population within a two-hour flight.

Zhengzhou, a city in the hinterland of the Central Plains, is welcoming guests and friends from all over the world with a new look.

  David Adelman, vice chairman of the U.S.-China Green Foundation, said he hopes to see more exchanges and visits between the United States and China in the new year to enhance the friendship between the two peoples.

  It is understood that Zhengzhou City, Henan Province will hold a cultural tourism promotion event at the Philadelphia International Flower Show in the near future.

  Du Jingen, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, said that the United States has long been among the top three inbound tourism markets in Shaanxi.

During last Christmas, Shaanxi released promotional videos for Shaanxi’s key cultural and tourism products on the big screen in Times Square, sending a warm invitation to American friends.
