This spring, it was really windy around the Swedish Ice Hockey Association. SVT Sport was able to reveal, among other things, that the Swedish Ice Hockey Association was accused of gender-discriminatory wage setting by the union club. In addition, SVT Sport was able to report that a police investigation was underway linked to the ice hockey association. It was a former employee of the union who is suspected of sexual harassment.

The person who submitted the police report was information assistant Anders Feltenmark, who was fired on March 31 with reference to a lack of work. The police investigation has been completed and has been forwarded to prosecutors. In an interview with Radiosporten, Tommy Boustedt states for the first time other reasons for Feltenmark's dismissal.

- As for Feltenmark (Anders), he has behaved grossly disloyal to the employer, and there is reason for dismissal. But he never got fired but we let him land in cotton. It was lies that were spread in the media that I could not comment on while I was responsible, says Tommy Boustedt to Radiosporten and continues:

- It was stated by the Employers' Alliance and the Central Union that he had acted disloyally, and they explained to us that there was a basis for dismissal. In any case, after all the years he has been employed, I did not want us to act in that way. We wanted him to get a different treatment, and he got it.

SVT Sport has sought Anders Feltenmark. This is what Feltenmark told SVT Sport about his dismissal on 17 April.

Can you tell us about your version of what happened?

- No, I feel that I am under a duty of confidentiality. So I do not dare.

Boustedt: "Pure lie"

According to Tommy Boustedt, it is also a lie that the union would have been responsible for gender-discriminatory wage setting.

- We have not been able to answer these questions. When it comes to wage setting, it is also a lie, a pure lie. An external company has done a salary survey and it is ready in a few days. It shows that it is not at all true that there has been an unequal wage setting.

SVT Sport has sought union representatives.
