Professional boxer Otto Wallin is quarantined in New York after having had coronal-like symptoms for over a week, writes Sportbladet.
The Swede writes on his Facebook page that a relative has tested positive for the virus.
"A family member of mine has tested positive for the corona virus, which means I have," Otto Wallin writes.
Otto Wallin has been visited by his mother and her partner and when they came home to Sweden his mother felt symptoms. Her partner is in a risk group and was forced to visit hospitals, where he tested positive for Covid-19.
The Swedish professional boxer had symptoms such as fatigue and sore throat. He has been quarantined since March 15.
“After three days, the symptoms released and I felt more alert, but two days later I completely lost the sense of smell and taste, which in itself felt a bit bizarre. Now the taste has returned and yet I can still feel no smell at all. "
