He explained that «he started learning the calligraphy and its fundamentals without a teacher, and developed himself using the social networking sites and (YouTube), following up the adult calligraphers and simulating their writing, in addition to permanent visual nutrition and continuous training».

Al-Tamimi stressed the need for a permanent center in Dubai to teach the arts of Arabic calligraphy, noting that "the road ahead is still long in the field of discovering the rules and secrets of Arabic calligraphy arts, and mastering one of the lines, especially the difficult ones, such as copies, Kufi and a third."

Al-Tamimi expressed his happiness that his first artwork would be a mural drawn from the poems of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, which he implemented in cooperation with "Brand Dubai", with the support of a group of foreign artists specialized in the implementation of this type of art.
