According to the VFLA press service, the corresponding decision was made by the commission of the Ministry of Sports on state accreditation of all-Russian sports federations.

It is noted that the accreditation will be suspended until March 1, 2020.

On November 22, it became known that World Athletics suspended the process of restoring the VFLA, suspended since 2016, as well as issuing permits to athletes to play in neutral status due to the investigation of the case of high jumper Daniil Lysenko, which involved the VFLA leadership, in particular, the resigned Dmitry Shlyakhtin.

Earlier it was reported that the ROC and the Ministry of Sports called on the leadership of the VFLA to resign.
