Ebba Andersson injured her knee about a month ago and has missed the season start.
But today she was back in the competition tracks. At the Scandic Cup in Östersund she was today the fastest of all in the sprint qualification, 1.97 before the second Chunxue Chi from China.
- She thought it went well, but it will be better, says her father and coach Per-Ola Andersson to SVT Sport.
How did it feel in the knee?
- No problem. After all, doctors and physio have said that everything is okay and that it has healed. So it's just driving, and it felt good.
Per-Ola Andersson tells us that Ebba was happy afterwards.
- She was happy to start competing and that it worked, he says.
