Have you tried to close your eyes and try to take ten straight steps? Hard, huh?

This is the case for Viktoria Karlsson, 22, who has been blind since she was five years old. That has not prevented her from jumping length - and after the European Gold 2016 and 2014 she will now chase medals at the World Cup.

- It's about knowing your body. Know what angle and how high I get. I make my judgment based on my position. Now I still jump for 15 years so it sits in the spinal cord, says Viktoria Karlsson to SVT Sport.

With her she has the companion Sofie Sandgren, who is impressed by Karlsson.

- In the beginning I was really fascinated and imagined myself trying to make it. I was just thinking 'oh my god Amalia', says Sofie. The duo has in a short time found an interaction that works.

- It's cool to know someone. It is one thing to know it logically, but to feel it is a completely different thing, says Viktoria.
