Fujairah are looking to boost their tally in Group B of the Arabian Gulf Cup, when they host today at the Fujairah International Stadium, their guest Hatta in the fourth round. Fujairah have four points from three games, and only one point from two games. A win would bring Fujairah much closer to qualifying for the quarter-finals.

Hatta coach Christos Contis told the press conference that the Fujairah match was an opportunity to test new elements. "The cup system besides the absence will give us an opportunity to test more players, especially young players," he said.

He explained: «The absence of Maher Jassim, who entered the rehabilitation stages of injury, besides the inability to participate Mahmoud Qasim, who was injured last week in the league, and the suspension of Walid Siraj for receiving a red card».

The coach said he was seeking to capitalize on the morale of a win against Kalba in the league in order to win today.
