In an interview with Expressen, Zlatan Ibrahimovic sharply criticized Janne Andersson and his national team selections. Among other things, Ibrahimovic addressed the lack of players with foreign background in Andersson's first national team squad 2016.

- First, nobody with a different background was included. Then he (Andersson) got the question, then he was angry. Then it comes with more. Then he will destroy what I have built up for 20 years. If it is something he stands for, then he should stand for it and not change for a question to come up. Not because you get dirty by the media, says Zlatan.

Zlatan said that there was no missing player with an immigrant background, but both Jimmy Durmaz and Emir Kujovic were in the squad against the Netherlands, but did not start in the World Cup qualifiers.

On SVT's question about how he views his factual error, Zlatan responded to today's press conference:

- I didn't see him. Are you sure he was there? I didn't see him anyway.
