Hangzhou municipal and 8 major urban area public security exit and entry windows will implement the dual-track service model of "on-site office + appointment office" to guide applicants to apply for entry and exit documents in an orderly manner; Seven districts (counties and cities) public security entry and exit counters have adopted immediate work measures.
