The internship and exchange program is jointly organized by the Hubei Provincial Youth Federation, the Hubei Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office, the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Hubei Provincial Government, and the Economic and Trade Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in Wuhan, aiming to create conditions for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan university students to conduct internship and practical training and exchange integration in Hubei, build a platform, and further enhance the understanding of Hubei among Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan youth.

Up to now, the organizer has recruited more than 40 internship positions for nearly 200 enterprises and institutions such as Hubei Provincial Museum, Hubei Art Museum, Hubei Provincial Library, Wuhan Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Construction Third Bureau, China Railway Eleventh Bureau, China Railway Bridge Research Institute, China Railway Bridge Bureau, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Hubei Branch, Tianfeng Securities, etc.

According to the organizers, the internship will take place between June and August 2023. There is no fee for the internship, and the internship subsidy will be issued after the internship is completed according to the regulations.
