"Josep Borrell, instead of engaging in a peaceful dialogue, is today an unofficial assistant (to Ukrainian President Volodymyr. - RT) Zelensky in maintaining Nazi ideology in the EU, "the parliamentarian said.
He also noted that the policy of the European Union today is detrimental to the EU countries themselves.
"The EU has lost its face and is one of the tools of the State Department, through which various manipulations are carried out today. The sovereignty of these countries is bursting at the seams," he added.
According to Vodolatsky, Borrell's statements prove that the EU will invest money systematically as long as "there are instructions from the Anglo-Saxons."
Earlier, Borrell said that the EU would prefer to spend money on European citizens, and not on Ukraine.
He also noted that there are no conditions for a diplomatic settlement of the conflict in Ukraine now.
