The US and the EU announced the start of work on an agreement on critical minerals

This is stated in a joint statement by American leader Joe Biden and head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, adopted following their meeting in Washington.

According to the TASS statement, this agreement will contribute to the achievement of the common goals of the US and the EU in relation to increasing the volume of mining and expanding access to sources of critical minerals.
