In an interview with RIA Novosti, the deputy said that Zelensky would be able to see Crimea only from the window of a car for transporting war criminals.

Earlier, Zelensky said that "after the victory" he would like to come to Crimea and see the sea.

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that the Crimea is an integral part of Russia and claims to Russian territory will receive a proper response.

Crimea became a Russian region after a referendum held there in March 2014: the majority of residents voted for reunification with Russia.
