Previously, the UN court rejected most of Ukraine's claims against Russia for discrimination in Crimea.

The UN court also refused to recognize Russia as an “aggressor state.”

In addition, State Duma deputy from the Crimean region Mikhail Sheremet said that he considers it appropriate to initiate at the UN the issue of recognizing Ukraine as an aggressor country.
