According to him, Russian specialists gained access to a resource in which representatives of various elite units of the Ukrainian troops communicate, including marines, special forces, intelligence, special forces of the SBU and various nationalist battalions.

“They are seriously discussing options for overthrowing the current government and the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” he said.
