RIA Novosti: the decision of Kyiv, Ankara and the UN on the movement of ships does not oblige Russia to anything

“Decisions made without us (if they are taken) do not oblige us to anything,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.

Earlier, the Joint Coordination Center (JCC) reported that Kyiv, Ankara and the UN coordinated the movement of 14 ships in the Black Sea on Monday, October 31, as part of the grain initiative.

On the morning of October 29, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, led by British specialists, attacked ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships in Sevastopol using drones.

Later, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Moscow was suspending its participation in the grain deal in connection with the attack on ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships.
