Russian Ambassador to the Netherlands and Permanent Representative to the OPCW Vladimir Tarabrin stated this in an interview with RIA Novosti.
“Regarding the idea of establishing a special tribunal for Ukraine in The Hague, I want to emphasize that no tribunal has been created at the moment, and the UN has not made any decisions on this issue, and does not have the right to make them,” the diplomat said.
He also stated that there was no talk of a Russian attack on European countries.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Kyiv itself had put itself in the dock in the case against Russia in The Hague.
