“It’s time for Western strategists to understand and get it into their heads that they can only negotiate and be friends with Russia, but it’s better not to fight, since defeat is inevitable,” Hempel added.
Earlier, First Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Dmitry Polyansky said that none of the arms suppliers to Kyiv should avoid answering.
Also, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced the creation of a military coalition in Ramstein to supply Ukraine with long-range artillery.
