A person was found at 18.22 by a police patrol badly injured, RLC commander Viktor Åkring-Dicksved tells SVT.
- He has been taken by ambulance to hospital and is being operated on right now, says Viktor Åkring-Dicksved.
A witness tells SVT that a person was lying on the ground with a bleeding wound in the neck when the police arrived at the scene.
SVT is seeking information about the incident.
