“Since the start of the special military operation in Donbass, the joint efforts of sappers of the LPR Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Russian Ministry of Defense have processed 1,472 applications, checked 11,820 hectares of territory, and defused 343,748 explosive objects,” the TASS agency quotes.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, sappers, working throughout the republic, examined 243 km of power lines, 106 km of main water conduits, 330 km of roads and 111 km of railways.
Earlier, sappers of the Russian Armed Forces are clearing roads in the LPR so that Russian military equipment can drive to new positions.
